Here you can find the preliminary draft PROGRAMME, including the participation conditions, and here the form to REGISTER. The meeting will be held in the historical Town Hall of Cologne. It will be hosted by the Mayor of Cologne. The programme includes a public debate with local personalities on how to relaunch the European political project. As usual, the meeting is open to members and to any members and friends as observers.

Proposals for resolutions must be submitted before Sunday 2 October 2016. Resolutions should be submitted in an editable text file (not PDF). All proposed resolutions will be displayed on the UEF website, you will be informed when they are online. Amendments are welcomed in writing before the FC meeting, by Sunday 23 October. A consolidated version of the resolutions with all submitted amendments will be circulated before the FC meeting and included in the meeting folder.
