We would like to invite you to participate in the joint meeting of the UEF Political Commission 'Future of Europe & Federalist Strategy' and the JEF Political Commission 'Institutions & Governance' that will be take place on January 13-14 in Brussels. The meeting is open to members and non-members of the UEF and JEF Federal Committees, but different participation conditions apply.

Under the title "Towards June 2019: Shaping Federalist Proposals & Actions" this joint PC meeting will focus on the main issues we as federalists are facing from now to the upcoming 2019 European elections and the related federalists' strategy and actions. Sessions will be dedicated to the status of the EU reform process following President Macron's speech, main open issues in the field of the Eurozone reform, issues related to multi-level governance in the EU, the approach to democratic conventions and the European elections. Panel debates with external and internal speakers will be followed by more practical discussions and workshops.

Deadline for the applications is Thursday 4 January, but travel reimbursement will be available only on a first-come first-served basis for the first 40 members of the UEF and JEF Federal Committee who register, so you are advised to register as soon as possible.
